You mean the first Mask you get from tilling your own crop plot, or the next Mask after delivering the first to Jina? The Masks should go automatically into your quest inventory, and you always need to deliver a Mask to Jina, before you can pick up the next one. If it's not in your quest inventory, maybe try to relog, wait a real-life day and see if that helps - if not, I'm afraid you have to submit a support ticket.

Hm, that's weird. And you have turned in the previous Mask to Jina before you try finding the next? Each Mask needs to be turned in, before collecting the next one. What about a relog? If nothing helps, I would suggest to try it again the next real life day and if that doesn't work, it's best to submit a support ticket.

This is a very interesting observation, we didn't make that connection. Some of our tests with cooking time were inconclusive, so this could have played a role. Thanks for sharing! It would be interesting if you could task your Villagers to maintain the cooking fire at a certain level - but that's probably overkill.

Fences won't help with this complaint, you need to have a manned patrol marker/tower for the building to be happy about defence

Hm, flowgates should activate once you interact with the one at the destination for the first time. Then you can use the ones at the main island to travel there next time. Regarding the stream towards the final island - did you also complete the side tasks for Elouisa and Caleri (finding the 4 food sources and the pink bugs)? Those are also required for the airstream to unlock.

Simple is sometimes best. To be honest, we have mostly the standard 1 hour of Leisure time before and after work and usually don't have issues with happiness, but it really depends on so many factors. It's all about finding something that works best for your Village.

We're definitely planning for a part 2 of the Wallpaper video for all the new stuff which has been added since we made the first video. For Floors we are most likely going to wait a bit more, since only 1 Floor is new so far, the Emberborn Floor (from one of the Vault of the Roots Bundles).

Not sure why it doesn't show my previous answer, but in case you can't see it either: Fish is cut into pieces just like large Meat Hunks, you drop the fish on the ground and then harvest it with a knife by holding R. BBQ workers and cooks do the same as long as they have knives and fish or meat recipe as active tasks.

The door symbol has changed since one of the bigger updates a while ago (not sure if that was unintentional). In any case, you need to complete the Temple of the Flames as well, in order for the door to open - we only found out about it after we made this guide and while we added a comment, it might be easy to miss! Good luck!

Nothing has changed since the full release in mid 2022, no new content has been added. If you haven't played it yet, it's definitely still worth it.

When you interact with the cooking pot and add ingredients, the bar just above the ingredients indicates water. As long as you have enough water in your water pouch (in your inventory or shortcut bar), you can press the plus icon to the left of the bar to add water. You will then see the bar grow blue, depending on how much water you add. You can see it very briefly at 8:18 in the video.

@@Pixelcave Yah. Thanks I have a look on my water pot is always empty. Then I saw the R button to fell it up. I overlooked that there's an R option when I go to any water well. I thought i have to go there and just drink. hahaha!

That might simply be the lighting or daytime. We tried to be as "neutral" as possible, but it was very tricky as time passes so fast and we wanted to capture everything in one go to have the same viewpoint and all. Lighting can make an immense difference when it comes to floors and wallpapers.

Hm, the Galeseeker Goggles that are laying on the table? So you can see them but not interact? Might be worth trying to aim from above or all possible angles - it might simply be the interact that doesn't trigger and is tricky to get up.

I get it, this Temple has indeed irritated a lot of players. Sadly it's required if you want to progress with the main story and do the next Temple. I suggest taking it super slow, maybe doing just a small area at a time. Hopefully our timestamps allow you to retrace your steps. And don't forget, you only need 10 eggs, 15 is for a pretty underwhelming bonus chest only. The next Temple is a walk in the park compared (Temple of the Roots - we have a guide as well). 🤞

Well, I guess you could ignore the Temple if you don't mind missing out on some rewards and the story. For now it shouldn't block you from anything. So if you want to just continue hunting and gardening instead, you can. I'm not sure if they will add anything in future that stops you from progressing further, but for now it's mostly story and rewards. To be honest, there are so many things to explore, collect, level up - just that alone provides you with a ton of playtime.

Fair point. Since this is based on pre EA content, we might have not had the bigger picture in terms of Thatch and the scarcity (although with it respawning, we didn't have too much issues yet). Since they adjusted Fiber yield per Flux Bush now, hopefully this won't be a big issue anymore. And I suspect most would use Bark anyway.

You can put food (we used raw red meat) in the feeding trough of the Kennel, or have a villager assigned to the Kennel who takes care of it. Dogs also pick up food from the ground occasionally... so if yours is with you and very hungry, it might eat when you drop food, or hunt and let the dog skin and eat the meat hunks.

@@Pixelcave i lost 2 of my dogs from Hunger because i didnt get or maybe i didnt saw the notification that they are hungry. They Was defending the kennel and forgot to fed them.. The last one was barking out of his life.. 😭.. and i found it quit useless to assign a villager because they get pretty long to get hungry, the villager was idling for about half of his workhours.

This happened to us as well - poor dogs starved to death! Luckily, in one of the last updates, they decreased how fast Dogs get hungry, so hopefully that helps. And yes, they bark when they get real hungry, so that's a way to notice it and make sure they get fed in time. Agreed that the Kennel worker feels a bit useless most of the time, would be great if they could have a secondary job as builder or similar at least.
